Each of our staff members benefits from a comprehensive training and development programme from the minute they walk through our door on their first day. It starts with an extensive documented induction process and continues throughout the length or their employment, with a personal development programme (PDP). This includes visits from all of our major suppliers' technical representatives who ensure the most up to date product knowledge. We have also developed our own staged technical footwear training, which formally assesses our abilities to sell footwear at various levels of responsibility. To ensure we are doing our very best in this area, we also employ an external personnel consultant who is not shy at telling us when we are not meeting her standards!
