In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us we aim to make this as easy as possible for you. Our aim is for your 100% satisfaction with our products and processes.
Returns of all goods purchased online can be accepted either at the address below or in one of our shops.
To return an item for any reason other than being faulty the manufacture labels must be still attached to the goods and the goods are in a fully re-saleable condition. This must happen within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We cannot accept returned items out with these terms. In all cases goods should be clean and dry. Items which are not in an acceptable condition may be returned to you without being looked at. With the exception of faulty goods, all returns should be unused.
When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely. We recommend you use traceable post or courier deliveries to the address below or better still take it into one of our shops for an immediate assessment and response.

Damaged Goods

If an item is damaged on delivery to you, you should not accept or sign for the item. The courier will return it to us.
This is really important as it admonishes you of all responsibility for the damage. If you accept the delivery then the ownership for the damage transfers to you.
If you have signed for an item and then later realise that it has been damaged, you should return the item with a returns form. Items should be securely packaged and any damage and the circumstances should be clearly indicated.
This must be done within 48 hours of signing.
- Run 4 It Online will, provided the above terms have been adhered to, refund any delivery costs, along with the costs of the damaged goods for items which are not being replaced.
- Any replacement items will be sent at no extra charge.
Faulty Goods
- If you think that an item you have purchased from Run 4 It Online may be faulty, you can send it to us (or bring it into one of our shops) for investigation.
- If you have to send the item back to us then package the item securely. Use the returns form to give us a clear indication of what the fault is and where it is located on the item. Any warranty information received with the item should be sent with it, where possible.
- The item should be returned with a returns form attached.
- Please note that investigations into faults can take some time, as goods may have to be sent to the manufacturer. We aim to keep you fully informed of progress at all times.
- If goods are found to be faulty, you will immediately be issued with a replacement item, a credit for the appropriate amount, or a refund where applicable.
- If goods are found not to be faulty, they will be returned to you, and you may be liable for the costs incurred.
- Please note, in each of our stores we have fully trained staff who will be able to look at most items and give you an indication of whether you will be given a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items Ordered
- If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us. Items must reach us within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- The item must be in a fully re-saleable condition with all swing tags and labels enclosed.
- Please fill in a returns form and enclose it with your goods.
- We will refund only the cost of the item, the customer will be responsible for any delivery charges and for any additional service charges.
- If you would like a replacement item to be sent to you, you will be charged again for delivery.
Delayed Goods
- We recognise that, on occasion, goods can be delayed beyond that which you consider reasonable.
- Where Run 4 It Online or their appointed representative is responsible for the delay then you may return the goods (in a fully re-saleable condition).
- Run 4 It Online will refund any reasonable costs that you incur sending items back to us and will refund or replace the goods.
Incorrect Items Sent
- Sometimes we make errors in picking and packing. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and return it to us using a returns form. Feel free to contact us should you need help or advice on returning the item.
- Run 4 It Online will refund any reasonable costs that you incur sending incorrect items back to us, and will refund or replace the goods.
Replacement Items
- If you have been sent a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement item of your choice for the same value at no extra cost.
- If you have ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, you will be charged for the delivery of both items.
- If you do not want a replacement item for damaged goods or items sent incorrectly, or if there is not an appropriate replacement available, you will be given a full refund, including the delivery charges
- If we are replacing an item which was ordered incorrectly through no fault of Run 4 It Online, the customer will be liable for the delivery charges and these will be deducted from your refund.
