Go Electrolyte • Run 4 It:

How was it for you?: I have always been plagued by leg muscle cramps, especially during and after endurance events. Water is not enough for me, so I am always on the look-out for a product that offers electrolytes, including replacement salts, for better rehydration.

And it seems that GO works. I was worried I might cramp up during the swim section of the triathlon but a pint of GO before the race saw me through. I sipped more during the bike section and then completed the run with no cramp at all.

I did drink another pint or so of GO after the race and felt only the vaguest hint of cramp later in the evening. This is a total winner for me.
