These talks take the form of an informal lecture where Mel will deliver essential information on all aspects of marathon preparation and training, from the psychological to the practical and all the elements in between. In addition there is ample time allowed for questions. The sessions commence at 6.30pm, cost £5.00 and due to their popularity, must be booked in advance. Please contact us to reserve your place.
