Run 4 It Edinburgh is pleased to announce our new partnership with Physis. This partnership provides us with trusted links to physiotherapy, podiatry and sports massage – covering the bases for happy and easier running!
Physis use techniques that encourage and nurture your body to naturally grow healthier tissue. The company name derives from an ancient Greek term that means ‘natural growth’. It is also the basis from which the word physiotherapy originated. They can be found at seven sites across Edinburgh (main site in Trinity), Livingston, Linlithgow, Grangemouth and Dunfermline. Physis can also be found in the Edinburgh Store bi-weekly on Monday lunchtime between 12pm and 13pm. We are delighted to have them in the shop and we are working closely at developing opportunities to provide Edinburgh’s running enthusiasts with an extra service.
