Nice leaflet but I don't understand why you use mixed units - km and miles. My engineering background tells me this is bad practice, and I think it is just confusing in this context.

It's ok for an overview, but not what i'd call comprehensive. I've been using the PDF downloadable guide from the running section of fitFAQs.co.uk and its awesome. I'm afraid to say it blows this one out of the water!
