Saucony's ProGrid Xodus (Men's)
What is it:
Saucony's ProGrid Xodus running shoe
A few weeks ago I purchased a pair of Saucony Xodus trail running shoes from you, and you had given me a business card and asked me to email you a review of the shoes.
Since I bought the shoes I have used them in a variety of training runs over various terrain in Glen Fruin near Helensburgh (involving 12 miles of road running and steep, wet, grassy ascent and descent), on Mull running up Ben Talla (16 miles of road and track running and steep, grassy and occasionally scree covered incline and decline) and most recently on Jura (involving 5 miles on road and 8 miles off road including inclines and declines).
The shoes have stood up very well to everything thrown at them, with the grip proving to be excellent, coping with all but the steepest and wettest parts of certain descents. The cushioning is very good, and they feel equally comfortable running on or off-road. The fact that it is a neutral shoe has also helped my orthotics do their job properly. Overall a very good buy, and thank you very much for helping me choose them!
Thanks again
