What is it?
Nike's Air Zoom Elite+4
Your name: Chris Upson
The area you run in: Mainly Glasgow – Forth Clyde Canal, Mugdock & Pollok Parks
I do a mix of hill, road and trail running. I use the Nike Zoom Elite's for all my road running which consists of many shorter road races, a few half marathons and London's Marathon. These are my 4th pair of Nike's Zoom Elite road shoes and I like them because they are lightweight but with enough cushioning to be comfortable for longer races and any sort of training. They are fine for any distance of road running and also good for easy trail running.
The shoes are good for events, I’ve run at least 3 marathons in this type of shoe, and many shorter road and trails races.
Pros:
- Lightweight but with enough cushioning for long training runs and marathons
Cons:
- None
These shoes are perfect for road running – both training and racing, and OK for non-technical trails. I would definitely buy them again! This is already my 4th pair!
