In A Nutshell:
The Glasgow Network 5k event welcomes runners of all abilities, whether you are looking to complete your first ever race or are a more experienced runner looking to smash your PB over the distance! It’s a great way to get outdoors and say goodbye to the winter and a great warm up for forthcoming runs and fixtures for the rest of the year! There's a fun warm up on the day and all finishers receive a t-shirt, medal and goody Bag. Most tempting of all there's also free Massage for runners! Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female Finishers.
