Seasonal Exchange & Returns
Orders placed from 1st November 2013 - 31st December 2013 for seasonal gifts may be returned or exchanged until 31st January 2014. Our standard 30 day returns policy will apply for orders placed from 31st December 2013 onwards.
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase from Run 4 It.
The following exchange & returns policy is applicable to online and telephone orders only.
For purchases made in a Run 4 It store, products can be exchanged or refunded in-store only, with the exception of shoes which can be exchanged only.
If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order, beginning the day after you receive your order. The product must be returned unused with its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. The delivery charge is non-refundable except in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or faulty.
If you would like to cancel your order please notify us in writing via post or email within seven working days of receipt of your order (not including weekends or bank holidays), beginning the day after you receive your order. We will issue a full refund including the delivery charge. Please take care of the order while it’s in your possession. If we do not receive the order back we will arrange to collect it from you at your cost.
Exchange & Returns to Run 4 It Online
Please complete our returns form to return your purchase for FREE via Royal Mail. Simply send the completed form and product back to us using the printable return postal address label included in the form. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office. If your parcel is misplaced on the way back to us, we will need to obtain a copy of this to issue a refund or exchange.
You can exchange the product for something else provided it is in stock. If the exchange product is a higher value than the original product, we will re-charge your payment card for the difference in price. Similarly, if the exchange product is lower in price than the original product, we will refund your payment card the difference in price.
Please note that you will be liable for the delivery charges for the exchange product and these will be deducted from the payment card used to place the original order.
If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund you the original price at the time of purchase to the payment card you used to place the original order.
We aim to process exchange and returns as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 working days, and in any case within 30 days of the date you returned the product to us. Please allow up to 10 working days for cleared funds to show in your account.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase or PayPal transaction. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances and in all cases we will require written confirmation:
- The original bank account no longer exists
- The original payment card details have expired
- The recipient requires a credit
Exchange & Returns to a Run 4 It Shop
You can exchange or return purchase made at www.run4it.com at any Run 4 It shop within 30 days of receipt of your order. We ask that you present a copy of your order received email (your receipt) as proof of purchase. This excludes PayPal orders, please see below.
Orders paid for using PayPal can only be refunded if they are posted back to us using the returns form. If you would like an exchange this can be processed in any of our stores. We ask that you present a copy of your order received email (your receipt) as proof of purchase.
If you would like to exchange your online only or shop only gift vouchers for an alternative gift voucher type please notify us in writing via post or email. Please include the online only gift voucher code or shop only gift voucher barcode number and your online order reference number (if applicable) in your email. Online only gift vouchers will be exchanged for shop only gift vouchers and despatched using our standard delivery service. Shop only gift vouchers should be returned to us with a completed returns form and on receipt we will exchange them for online gift vouchers via email.
Incorrect Product Ordered
If you have ordered an incorrect product, please complete our returns form and send it back to us at Run 4 It Online.
If a product is damaged on delivery to you, do not accept or sign for the product and the courier will return it to us.
If you have signed for your delivery and then later realise that a product is damaged, please inform us in writing via email within 48 hours of signing for the delivery and return it to Run 4 It Online with a completed returns form. Please package it securely and identify the damage and the circumstances on the form.
Run 4 It Online will, provided the above terms have been adhered to, refund any delivery costs, along with the costs of the damaged products that are not being replaced. Any replacement products will be sent at no extra charge.
If you think that a product you have purchased may be faulty, please send it back to us with a completed returns form.
Please give a clear indication of the fault and where it is located on the returns form. Any warranty information received with the product should be sent with it, where possible.
Alternatively, our Run 4 It shops have fully trained staff that will be able to look at most products and give you an indication of whether you will be given a replacement or refund.
Please note that investigations into faults can take some time, as the product may have to be sent to the manufacturer. We aim to keep you fully informed of progress at all times.
If a product is found to be faulty, you will be issued a replacement product, a credit for the appropriate amount, or a refund where applicable.
If the product is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you and you may be liable for the costs incurred.
Incorrect Product Received
Sometimes we make errors in picking and packing. If we have sent you an incorrect product, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and return it to us using the returns form.
We can refund VAT for orders to the Channel Islands. Please note that the billing and delivery address stated in the order must be a channel island address. Please email us when your order has been placed confirming your order reference number and your request for a VAT refund.
We can refund VAT on orders sent to BFPO addresses, as long as the address is located outside of the United Kingdom and EU.
In order to request a VAT refund, please email us when you order has been placed confirming the order reference number, the BFPO address the order is being sent to, and that the BFPO address stated is outside of the EU.
