Brilliant for the run and for recovery. Best running buy in a long time!
Very lightweight, and comfortable. Stay in place even during longer events. Seemed to hold their shape over time as well, unlike some other calf guards. These ones are designed to be worn during activity but will also aid recovery after activity.
