The AdiZero Adios is the fastest marathon shoe ever as worn by Haile Gebreselassie. They are an ultralight, cushioned and responsive racer with an airmesh upper for maximum ventilation. They also use Quickstrike in the forefoot to provide a resilient but flexible feel at toe off. The extended torsion system ensures midfoot and forefoot integrity, whilst the moulded sockliner gives a comfortable anatomical fit.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
