The Kinsei 2 offers premium support and cushioning from heel-strike to toe-off. It's an ideal shoe for neutral runners and mild over-pronators. Please note that although we have categorised the Kinsei as a stability shoe, it is a very mild level of stability that it offers hence why it can be worn by neutral runners too.

Sizing does vary between manufacturers; please take the above as a guide only.
In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take around a ½ to a full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise.
