Brooks’ Glycerin 7 combines two technologies that optimise shock absorption, making this shoe very comfortable. It’s a great shoe for neutral runners who want to experience high comfort and get a smother ride.

- A series of “pods” on the midsole and outsole around biomechanically correct flex grooves enabling bend and flex more naturally while, supporting the foot at its most critical points
- DRB™ ACCEL unit in the mid foot to promote natural movement between the heel and forefoot
- A higher durable, abrasion-resistant rubber outsole to reduce wear in high impact areas

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
