Classic Hill Runs and Races in Scotland by Steven Fallon is a brilliant pocket size ‘manual’ for any hill runner out there. Released in December 2009 the book encompasses over 35 races and 35 training runs across the Highlands and Islands as well as introductory pages on running kit, mountain running craft, racing rules, definitions and regulation and nutrition advice.
