Currently exclusive to Run4It, Timex's mid-size (slightly smaller than the standard size) 150 lap tap screen watch offers some fantastic features such as being able to programme a hydration and nutrition alarm to let you know when you need to re-fuel, it’s water resistant up to 100m and it also has a simple to use target time pacer – again a handy tool that lets you know if you’re on target or not. It has three customisable workouts, a 150 lap memory, an INDIGLO® night-light to help you view information in low light conditions and offers an ergonomic fit for comfort. It also allows you to review your performance by date and of course, the brilliant tap screen technology enables you to effortlessly tap the watch’s screen which activates the chronograph, timers and ability to log lap times.

Great piece of kit. Very useful for track sessions where you need to hold a steady pace. This watch acts as a pacing device as well and if you know how fast you need to run each mile/KM you just set the watch up so every time you pass a mile/KM and give the watch a tap (Hence the Name) and it tells you if your on pace, too fast or too slow. Great for track session in particular as you don't have to mess around playing with buttons, just tap the screen and get your lap splits.
