The carbohydrate energy fuel with electrolytes to give you ultimate performance in the heat. GO is maltodextrin and fructose based, rather than sucrose (table sugar) based to ensure that it is light on the stomach and clean in taste whilst providing a great source of carbohydrate energy. It has all the essential electrolytes (salts), Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Chloride for rapid hydration and electrolyte replacement.
