A favourite amongst Run4It staff, Gore Running Wear’s ESSENTIAL LONG LADY Shirt will soon be your favourite too! It's composed using Gore’s compression fabric technology where the fabric exerts pinpointed pressure on certain parts of the body, thus accelerating blood circulation. During exertion, faster blood circulation increases oxygen supply. This translates into improved performance during cardiovascular exercise and shorter recovery times for muscles. It also offers a really nice fit without limiting your movement in any way. It feels super soft on the inside and has pull over cuffs that can act as mittens - amazing in the colder weather!
