The Brooks Infiniti 2 is a high mileage shoe with increased performance. It is an Ideal support shoe to combat mild overpronation.
Features
- The shoe has a universal platform which is wider in the toe box, anatomically and biochemically designed to provide spring in the take off
- Heel & Forefoot Hydroflow® enhancing the cushioning , reducing shock at impact and stabilising the foot
- MOGO™ midsole for lightweight cushioning
- A series of “pods” on the midsole and outsole around biomechanically correct flex grooves enabling bend and flex more naturally while supporting the foot at its most critical points
- Diagonal rollbar; DRB™ which is a wedge-shaped high density foam is placed in the medial side of the midsole to reduce mild overpronation in the foot
- DRB™ ACCEL unit in the mid foot to promote natural movement between the heel and forefoot
- A higher durable , abrasion-resistant rubber outsole to reduce wear in high impact areas

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take around a ½ to a full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise.
