Inov-8's Roclite 318 GTX is a waterproof and breathable trail shoe with high levels of comfort and grip performance. It offers excellent support for pronation and supination. Ideal for multi activity especially muddy, wet and deep snow conditions.
Features
- Meta-flex groove which is anatomically aligned in front of the metatarsal heads to provide a natural forefoot flex.
- Met-cradle design holds the forefoot behind the metatarsal heads and ensures the foot is held in the shoe
- Fascia band increases the structural stability of the arch and the propulsive efficiency of the shoe
- Meta-shank is a five finger structure aligning with the metatarsals providing greater flexibility whist retaining impact protection
- ‘Sticky rubber’ compound (climbing rubber technology) on the sole is used to optimise grip in wet conditions
- Endurance last provides a comfortable fit, ideal for training and longer distances
- A webbing upper support provided by the nylon webbing which is attached to the lacing.
- GORE-TEX® membrane to keep the foot dry whist extremely breathable

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
