Mizuno's Wave Ultima 2 is from their range of well cushioned neutral shoes and offers plenty of comfort whilst retaining a nice, responsive feel. It’s designed using Smoothride – a composite parallel wave for superior shock absorption and dispersion. It’s lightweight and has a responsive midsole compound that offers excellent durability. It has a shock absorbing, cushioning compound in the heel and forefoot, mesh uppers for breathability and a removable, anatomic moulded insole.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take around a ½ to a full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise.
