Nike's Air Structure Triax+ 13 has an updated, more substantial medial post that helps to reduce overpronation while maintaining a smooth feel throughout the footstrike. This update to one of Nike's most popular stability shoes features an enhanced crash pad to absorb initial impact forces and reduce the rate of pronation, as well as a new lighter upper and a heel-strap overlay attached to the laces for great rearfoot lockdown and a secure fit.
They're also Nike+ compatible so you can pop their sensor in the shoe to work with your +Sportband or ipod nano to track your training.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
