Inov-8's Flyroc 345 is a waterproof and breathable trail shoe that's ideal for mixed use and mixed terrain. It offers aggressive grip performance for grass and mud conditions.
Features
- Meta-flex groove which is anatomically aligned in front of the metatarsal heads to provide a natural forefoot flex.
- Met-cradle design holds the forefoot behind the metatarsal heads and ensures the foot is held in the shoe
- Terra-shank provides increased underfoot protection and extra stability and support
- ‘Sticky rubber’ compound (climbing rubber technology) on the sole is used to optimise grip in wet conditions
- Endurance last provides a comfortable fit, ideal for training and longer distances
- A webbing upper support provided by the nylon webbing which is attached to the lacing.
- GORE-TEX® membrane to keep the foot dry whist extremely breathable

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
