Very aggressive durable fell/hill running shoe with uppers designed to hold the foot. Heel cup design for extra support and comfort when contouring.
Features
- Meta-flex groove which is anatomically aligned in front of the metatarsal heads to provide a natural forefoot flex.
- Met-cradle design holds the forefoot behind the metatarsal heads and ensures the foot is held in the shoe
- Meta-shank is a five finger structure aligning with the metatarsals providing greater flexibility whist retaining impact protection
- A Bi-planner heel which is curved providing a more natural fit and earlier heel strike
- Performance last to ensure minimal internal movement of the foot in the shoe
- Endurance rubber compound is used on the soles which provides a increased mix terrain grip
- A webbing upper support provided by the nylon webbing which is attached to the lacing.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
