A favourite among both fell runners and trail runners, the Swoop features excellent grip from its Traxion outsole, with a lacing system which ensures a snug fit around the foot. Flexible for climbs and responsive enough for fast descents, the Swoop also utilises adiPRENE+ cushioning in the forefoot.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
