The new XA Pro 3D Ultra from Salomon provides a great deal more cushioning alongside pronation control and rearfoot stability. It is a great 'all-round' trail running shoe with an enhanced Contagrip™ outsole that offers a great combination of grip and durability for mixed terrain. The 3D advanced Chassis™ technology placed between the outsole and midsole provides a secure fit maximising the energy of the foot.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
