Puma’s Complete Velosis is a shoe aimed at the usual Asics Nimbus or Saucony Triumph wearer. It’s a great neutral shoe with loads of plush cushioning due to the full length idcell and so is a very serious contender in the luxury cushioning sector. It also features duoCell in the heel of the shoe providing durable, responsive cushioning and helping to reduce the impact upon heel strike.

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take around a ½ to a full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise.
