The new Triumph 7 is the most cushioned shoe in the Saucony range. Its uppers and rearfoot provide an enhanced fit and increased impact protection. It features their Archlock technology, increased SRC impact zone in the heel – providing protection from the continuous impact of road running and much more!

- The midfoot bridge keeps the foot neutral in the midfoot phase of the gait cycle, stopping the foot twisting through the gait cycle

In general when sizing yourself for running shoes you need to take between a half thumb and full thumb width of space at the front of the shoe to allow for the natural expansion of the feet during exercise
