A single pack of Sport Beans (28g) contains 25g of carbohydrates to fuel your body during intense exercise, and a balanced supply of electrolytes (sodium and potassium) vital for maintaining fluid balance.
Sport Beans provide a source of easily digested carbohydrate for fuel, a prime consideration during intense workouts when the body needs a quickly metabolised fuel source. The electrolytes sodium and potassium in Sport Beans help maintain proper fluid balance. The bag is great too as it can be re-sealed so you don't have to gobble them all up in one go.
