Established in 2004, Run 4 It Aberdeen is situated at the top of Holburn Street, just off Union Street. The bright and airy store is located on the main route into the city centre from the south and west, ideally located to serve the running and fitness market in the heart of the city. Whilst there is no onsite parking there are numerous pay and display facilities in nearby Justice Mill Lane and Union Grove. Run 4 It Aberdeen, the second shop in the company to start trading opened its doors in August 2004.

The store offers a wide range of ladies and men's running footwear as well as clothing and an extensive range of running accessories from leading brands such as Nike, Gore Running, Adidas, Saucony, Puma, Inov-8, Salomon and many more. In addition to our product range, the in-store Limb Therapy clinic provides specialist sports injury treatment as well as remedial and sports massage, ensuring that the best of advice is always available for any running problem. Using state of the art video analysis software, we seek to ensure a perfect match when choosing new shoes. Run 4 It Aberdeen organises jogscotland running groups each Monday and Wednesday at 6pm from Nuffield's gym, situated just behind the shop, with all levels of runners welcome. Alternatively we would be delighted to recommend many of the excellent local clubs situated in and around Aberdeenshire.

Limb Therapy Clinic

Limb Therapy is a specialist sports injury and biomechanics clinic, situated within the Run 4 It store. Limb Therapy is managed by Gillian Duncan a Qualified Podiatrist with a Phd in Bio-Mechanics and her team of Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists. The Limb Therapy team are not only well qualified practicioners, but athletes (and former athletes), with a strong understanding of the sport and challenges faced by runners.
