Run 4 It Glasgow Tiso is based within the Glasgow Outdoor Experience, which provides a unique setting for outdoor activity and exercise.

The award winning building features outdoor products, a café, a bike shop, map shop, as well as a walking track, climbing wall and Europe's first indoor ice wall.

The Run 4 It department boasts a large shoe wall which caters for runners of all styles, a full range of mens and womens clothing, a dedicated childrens section as well as our very own trail running area. In addition we provide a wide range of running related additions and accessories, all geared towards you getting the best from your running.

Douglas MacGregor, Fiona O’Britis and the team are here to provide you with expert advice and guidance on all things running, and are happy to arrange appointments for video analysis utilizing our onsite treadmill and analysis system.

The Tiso Outdoor experience also provides a venue for some of our popular running clinics and talks which aim to offer runners essential information on all aspects of running to educate and enlighten. To this end we work with professionals in Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Nutrition in order to offer information and advice to runners.

The shop is situated less than ½ mile from George Square and junction 16 of the M8 motorway. With Buchanan Street Bus Station, Queen Street Railway Station and Cowcaddens Underground all within a 10 minute walk. There is ample free parking on site.
