Two-time winners of The Running Awards!

Last month, the team set off for London all nerves and anticipation, ahead of The 2016 Running Awards. This year held at The O2 in London, on Friday the 22nd April 2016.

Defending champs for Best Independent Retailer & Best for Customer Service

Thanks to your nominations, we we’re up for UK’s Best Independent Retailer & Best for Customer Service. With a chance to retain these titles for a second year running!

The stakes were high. So you can imagine our frenzied reaction when Mr. Speaker announced our name on the mic, as the winner for both hotly contested categories. *Arms raised to the sky, celebratory team hugs and dancing jigs up to the podium.* We did it!!!

The Running Awards is special to us, as entry and success is solely down to public vote. It’s the only awards programme where runners and consumers nominate and vote for their favourite products, brands, publications, sports retailers and events.

These awards give us confidence that we’re achieving our vision – that ‘through exceptional product and customer service people will run with us for life’. And proof that our hard work is recognised by those who matter most: our loyal customers. On that account, taking them home for a second year in a row, is a momentous achievement and means a great deal to us.

Thank You!Running Awards

We’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to our fantastic customers, suppliers and partners, for your votes and continued support! And applaud our brilliant team members who work hard every day, always pushing the boundaries to deliver excellence.

We had a fantastic night celebrating our achievement, as a party of 700 guests. The biggest brands in running were there including Nike, Adidas & Parkrun and we had the pleasure of seeing partner brands including Garmin, Brooks, Shock Absorber and Ronhill pick up awards too.

To finish, kind words from our fantastic customers. We couldn’t have done it without you!
