Christmas Customer Service – More information
Find out more about how we're extending our shop opening hours, our convenient delivery and collection options and our extended Christmas returns and exchanges.
From Sunday 13th December 2020 to Friday 4th January 2021, our shops will be operating extended opening hours to make sure you're able to access our expert knowledge and product ranges at a time which suits you. However, all of our shops will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day to allow the Run4It team a well earned rest!

Please note that the extended opening hours for each shop will be different to respond to their local market so you are advised to check using the tools below before visiting multiple shops.
Buy online and use our FREE Click & Collect to pick up all your Christmas gifts at a time convenient to you. With our extended opening hours starting on Sunday 13th December, this really is the perfect way to shop. To find your nearest shop and their extended opening hours, use our shop locator.
Simply select the shop you'd like to collect from at the checkout page and we'll process your order as quickly as possible.

We are dispatching the vast majority of orders within 2-5 working days. Please note that due to physical distancing in our order fulfilment locations, there may be slight delays. We are doing our best to avoid delays, however our team members have to be able to work in the safest possible environment.
Our last date for Christmas delivery is Tuesday 15th December. DPD will be operating as normal until the 24th December, however please ensure that your order is placed before 2pm on Tuesday 15th December for Christmas delivery to account for any delays that may be experienced during this busy time. Please note that we are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday 15th December.

What do I do if my order is damaged/faulty/incorrect/lost?
We know that it can be incredibly frustrating if there's an issue with your order - especially if it's a present for a loved one. If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect upon receipt, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make sure we can get a resolution sorted for you. (calls cost 7 pence per minute plus your phone company's access charge)
We aim to replace any damaged/faulty/incorrect items on your order and if this is not possible due to lack of stock, we can replace with equivalent products that meet your approval or offer a refund.
If your order is lost, we will replace your order and despatch as soon as possible. However if this is not possible due to lack of stock, we will attempt to replace with equivalent products that meet your approval or offer you a refund.
We want to ensure that you and/or the gift recipient are happy with your purchase so we're extending our returns period for any items bought as a gift until 31st January 2021.
Just make sure that when you're returning an item to us that it has the original packaging and tags. We'll do our best to process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive it but please be aware that at peak times it can take up to a maximum of 30 days.
