From Sunday 16th December 2018 to Sunday 6th January 2019, our shops will be operating extended opening hours to make sure you're able to access our huge range of products and expert knowledge at a time which suits you! However, all of our stores will be closed on Boxing Day to allow the Run4It elves a well earned festive rest!.
Please note that the extended opening hours for each shop will be different to respond to their local market so you are advised to check using the tools below before visiting multiple shops.

Buy online and use our FREE Click & Collect to pick up all your Christmas gifts at a time convenient to you! Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
Order by 2pm on Wednesday 19th December and select standard delivery at checkout to guarantee that you'll receive your order before Christmas! We're not able to guarantee that any orders placed after this time (other than Next Working Day deliveries) will be received before the big day arrives so make sure you bag your Christmas goodies in time! This deadline applies to both UK and Republic of Ireland deliveries.

What do I do if my order is damaged/faulty/incorrect/lost?
We know that it can be incredibly frustrating if there's an issue with your order - especially if it's a present for a loved one! If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect upon receipt, please contact our customer service team on 0844 824 8180 (calls cost 7 pence per minute plus your phone company's access charge) or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible to make sure we can get a resolution sorted for you before Santa arrives. We will replace any damaged/faulty/incorrect items on your order. However, if this is not possible due to lack of stock, we will attempt to replace with equivalent products that meet your approval or offer you a refund.

Finding that perfect gift can be a real struggle sometimes. We know it can be hard to remember the details during the most wonderful time of the year and that sometimes you'll buy the wrong size of shoes or maybe a running t-shirt that's the wrong style. Worry not! We're extending our returns period for any items bought as a gift until 31st January 2019. We'll do our best to help get you the right kit and get you well on your way to sticking to that New Year's resolution!
Just make sure that when you're returning an item to us that it has the original packaging and tags! We'll do our best to process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive it but please be aware that at peak times it can take up to a maximum of 30 days.
