Updated Wednesday 10th February: The Click & Collect service has been suspended in Inverness.

The news of the new restrictions will have been incredibly difficult and disheartening for many to receive and we are sending positive thoughts to everyone across the country.

In response to the guidance issued by the Scottish Government on Saturday 19th December 2020, all Run4It shops will close temporarily, except for Click & Collect, from the end of Christmas Eve (24th December) until the time at which restrictions are eased on a regional or national level.

In light of the closures, we will be extending our returns and exchanges period for in-store and online purchases until 28th February 2021.

Our online shop will remain open, with standard delivery free of charge on orders of £25 or over. Our teams will be working to dispatch online orders, and process returns and exchanges, from our fulfilment locations, in accordance with social distancing guidelines. The vast majority of orders should arrive within 2-5 working days. Returns & Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible - please note that returns are quarantined for 48 hours prior to processing.

We will continue to offer a free Click & Collect service in all shop locations. Meaning customers can order running gear online at, for collection in-store by appointment. After receiving your 'Ready to Collect' email, book your Click & Collect appointment at before visiting the shop to collect your order.
