The Trail Runner
As well as being great for your body, trail running helps you connect to the natural world and view the
world with wonder – as an endless playground. After all, you never know, the

Trail runners are driven by a desire for discovery, the unknown, adventure, and a willing to take risks (in the form of tackling increasingly challenging terrain).

access to the hills and mountains and enjoy nothing more than running,

running in the Ochils in Stirlingshire or going up Ben Ledi in Callander and

I also try
and fit in a gym session once a week, working on my core.”
