Advice for Road Runners: The adidas Men's Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes should help you run faster. Particularly in half-marathon and marathon events.
LIGHTSTRIKE PRO - adidas' most resilient foam - feels very energetic and protective underfoot.
The thick layer of foam has carbon-infused ENERGYRODS running through it. This limits energy loss and improves propulsion.
All of this means the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes should feel very cushioned and very responsive under your feet. The midsole construction may improve your running economy.
Continental™ rubber on the outsole feels very grippy and improves traction around corners - especially in wet conditions.
As these are for racing, the adidas Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes feature a lightweight and highly breathable upper. Small internal heel pods help lock your ankles into place.
The adidas men's Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes feature a high-stacked midsole that offers a lot of energy return. As a result, they're perfect for long-distance races, such as half-marathons and marathons.
You may prefer a lower-stacked alternative for shorter distance events. This is because higher-stacked running shoes can feel less stable around tight turns.
It's a good idea to do some key training sessions in them ahead of your event. This ensures you'll feel as comfortable as possible on race day.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
