There are elastic sleeve cuffs and an elastic back hem to keep the wind and rain out, as well as a handy zipped chest pocket for storing valuables. The stay down zip at the front won’t bounce around when you’re running and the athletic fit allows you to move freely without feeling restricted by added bulk.
