The highly-stacked midsole uses three layers of durable and responsive LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam which act to delay the onset of fatigue and reduce energy loss. Sandwiched within these layers of foam are carbon-infused ENERGYRODS which increase stiffness and responsiveness. The relative stiffness of these rods maximises propulsion but their independent nature provides greater flexibility than a full carbon plate.
Experience a smooth and quick transition from initial footstrike to toe-off.
In common with many adidas shoes, highly durable Continental rubber offers outstanding traction in any underfoot conditions.
The ultra-lightweight textile upper is wonderfully breathable and is manufactured using at least 50% recycled content. Targeted support is provided in all the key areas with weight being kept to a minimum.
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes are a lightning-quick race day option without compromise. They’re ideally suited to running quickly when the responsiveness of the midsole construction will shine through!
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
