The DNA LOFT v2 midsole has an increased stack height and also features a Ballistic Rock Shield. These features enhance both the feel and protection of the shoe. Additionally, the durable TrailTack Rubber outsole offers superb traction on wet and dry surfaces.
The durable upper incorporates a gusset design which adds protection and also reduces the risk of debris entering the shoe. In addition, drainage ports allow excess moisture to escape quickly and easily. Attachment tabs also allow a gaiter to be used and a lace keeper ensures laces are neatly tucked away.
The Brooks Women's Cascadia 16 Running Shoes are highly versatile and are suitable for a wide variety of surfaces and terrains. These shoes will happily take you from your door to the trail and back again!
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
