Now featuring DNA Loft cushioning throughout the full foot bed, this model ensures an easy, smooth transition from landing to toe-off. Ideal for slower to steady paced runs, this ultra cushioned midsole has a new simplified construction. A crash pad design allows for the smoothest transitions for heel to toe off and reduces stress on the joints and muscles. The Ghost 14 offers a high level of cushioning whether you land on your heel, midfoot or forefoot.
3D Fit Print technology is used to construct the upper textile. This durable design provides targeted structure as your foot moves, while also delivering great ankle hold at the heel.
This is a soft, well cushioned running shoe, ideal for a mix of long, easy miles and some steadier paced runs.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
