Advice for Road Runners: Experience high levels of cushioning and stability with the HOKA Women's Gaviota 5 Running Shoes. The Gaviota 5 demonstrates that it is possible to have both soft cushioning and high support.
One of HOKA's most popular shoes has been the Bondi. We're not going off topic here. One of the reason's for the Bondi's popularity has been the soft cushioning that they provide. With the Gaviota 5 you can have Bondi-level cushioning along with high stability.
The stability mainly stems from two sources:
The Gaviota also feature an early stage MetaRocker™, which provides a curvature to the midsole that helps you to move through the gait cycle with greater ease and efficiency.
You should expect an accommodating fit from the upper. The creel jacquard mesh upper has a plush tongue and heel collar.
The HOKA Women's Gaviota 5 Running Shoes are best for easy to steady paced road runs. They are specifically for runners seeking high levels of cushioning and support.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
