The Inov-8 Venturelite 4 Vest is a suitable vest for entry-level runners. It allows you to carry up to 4L of kit, 3L of fluid or a combination of both. Weighing only 145g, this vest is made from breathable and durable fabrics. It has space for two 500ml Ultraflasks to the front, plus a reservoir at the back. It also features pole loops that allow you to store poles when not in use.
