The newest version features a wider forefoot, with plenty of room for toes to splay and allows for foot swell on longer runs. Webbing around the midfoot allows you to adjust the fit to make it more snug if required. The tongue now features extra padding to protect the top of the foot and enhance comfort. This hardworking shoe is a favourite for its versatility, dependable for everyday training while also helping you push the pace on shorter runs.
Firm and responsive, with springy yet protective cushioning, this versatile shoe is for runners who like to mix up their pace, from interval sessions, slow runs and tempo training.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
