Underfoot Feel
The midsole includes React foam in the heel for excellent durability, combined with ZoomX foam which runs from the midfoot through to the forefoot to provide fantastic energy return and a super-responsive feeling at toe-off.
The inclusion of dual Zoom Air units and a composite plate further increases responsiveness and offers a fast, propulsive feel which is designed to increase turnover and speed of transition from heel to toe. The midsole foams are protected by hard-wearing and strategically-placed high abrasion rubbers which provide outstanding traction and durability.
Upper Fit
The translucent Flyknit upper incorporates strong, stretchy yarns which support the foot securely while remaining highly breathable and lightweight. This support and security is further enhanced by an asymmetrical lacing design.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% Flyknit is a shoe you’ll feel protected and confident in when pushing the pace on the fastest workouts and training runs.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
