With a full-length ZoomX midsole, the Nike Alphafly 2 Road Racing Shoes feel incredibly cushioned and bouncy underfoot.
There's also a full-length carbon fibre Flyplate running through the midsole. This enhances energy return and propulsion, so you can stay on track for your personal best.
It doesn't stop there. The Alphafly 2 Road Racing Shoes signature underfoot feel is a result of the Zoom Air Units in the forefoot. As they compress and spring back with every stride, the midsole delivers the highest levels of energy return.
With wide heel and forefoot base-nets, these Nike super shoes offer greater levels of stability and support.
Nike's advanced AtomKnit material provides support, breathability and comfort for marathon distance running. As the tongue of the Nike Alphafly 2 Road Racing Shoes is completely gusseted, the fit stays consistent throughout a run.
Friction is a runner's worst enemy, particularly on long runs. To mitigate the risks of this, lofted heel pods hold your feet in place and reduce the chances of rubbing. The upper also features minimal seams to prevent irritation.
The unmistakable silhouette of the Nike Men's Alphafly 2 Road Racing Shoes is now iconic.
If you're looking for maximum propulsion and comfort for marathon distance racing, we highly recommend choosing these. That's because every aspect of the midsole is tuned for speed and protection.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
