Underfoot Feel

The Invincible 3 was designed with comfort as a top priority. ZoomX foam is shaped like a rocker and there is a lot of height to the midsole. This means that you have a substantial amount of very light, very responsive foam underneath your feet. Foam which has a great ability to absorb shock.

The shape of the midsole plays an important role too. A wide base naturally creates stability. Helping you to run with confidence.

Upper Fit

A Flyknit upper provides support where it is needed. In our experience, the Invincible 3 upper does not feel tight. There should be plenty room in the upper to accommodate the shape of your feet. If needed, use the extra eyelit at the top of the lacing system for a more secure fit. 

Ideal Run Type

Use the Nike Men's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes for steady runs and recovery runs. Used properly, the Invincible 3 should limit the stress placed on your feet and legs.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
