The main aim of the Nike Invincible Run is to help your feet and legs feel better on your next run.
Soft and cushioned, with spring when needed. ZoomX foam is incredibly light and cushioned. It also returns a significant amount of energy. The Invincible run does not have a carbon plate. Therefore, the energy return is coming solely from the ZoomX midsole foam. The Invincible Run feels protective underfoot, but will feel responsive during faster running.
The Invincible Run also has a wide base. This helps to increase stability (in contrast with a narrow base). A feature that may be particularly beneficial when you are tired and/or at the end of a long run.
Accommodating and highly breathable, with support where it is most needed. A Flyknit upper is the key to the comfortable and supportive fit of the Invincible Run's upper.
We are aware that the Invincible Run 3 can feel loose at the heel area. For a tighter fit, if required, use the extra eyelet when lacing the shoes
The Nike Men's Invincible 3 SE Road Running Shoes are ideally suited to steady paced runs and recovery runs.
The key point is that the Invincible Run is designed to take pressure off your feet and legs so that you can feel better from one run to the next. They are not designed to be worn as 'race day' shoes. The maximum benefit can obtained by using them in your training.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
The measurements above are based on a men's US size 10 shoe.
