You should notice the significant amount of soft cushioning underneath your feet. Nike's ZoomX foam delivers an incredibly soft yet responsive running experience. There is a lot of cushioning in the midsole, which is there to protect your feet and legs.
The ZoomX foam is also shaped like a rocker. This will help with establishing and maintaining forward momentum.
ZoomX foam is not overly stable in its own right. Therefore, Nike added supportive features in certain places to help create a stable running platform. Notably, a wider midsole creates natural stability.
An evolved Flyknit upper is very breathable and provides support where it is needed. At the time of writing, this model has been available in other colourways for a couple of months. In our experience, we recommend taking time to lace these shoes properly, and use the extra eyelet for the laces if necessary, to ensure a secure fit at the heel.
The Nike Men's Invincible Run 3 Road Running Shoes are best suited to your daily training miles and long training runs at steady or moderate speeds. If they suit your running style, they should help your legs to feel fresher at the end of a run so that you are not too tired for your next training run.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
