If you're searching for maximum underfoot cushioning and comfort, the Nike Men's Invincible Run 3 is one of the best options. In case you've not experienced ZoomX foam before, this material feels both ultra soft and springy. This unique partnership delivers a trampoline like sensation, so that you feel the ground less.
Nike sculpt the midsole and broaden the base, in order to keep you feeling stable. The rocker-shaped geometry adds another dimension of propulsion and takes more stress off lower leg muscles.
Nike's Flyknit material is renowned for feeling lightweight and breathable. The evolved Flyknit upper in the Invincible Run is optimised to let excess heat escape. We've found the upper to feel very accommodating. Although, we recommend using the last eyelet to lock your ankle in place, should you prefer a secure fit.
The Nike Invincible Run 3 is one of our top suggestions if you're looking for running shoes that keep your legs feeling fresher. Naturally, this means they're a great choice for anyone training on consecutive days. While the cushioning is optimised to make the easy miles feel easier, ZoomX foam is responsive enough for some steadier paced efforts.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
The technical features above are based on a men's US size 10 shoe.
