Underfoot Feel

The inclusion of ZoomX foam in the midsole results in a propulsive feel. When you are pushing the pace, you will feel the energy return coming back from the midsole. 

The midsole is shaped like a rocker. This helps you to move forward through the gait cycle with greater ease. Ideal for when you are trying to increase your speed.

Upper Fit

Nike's Flyknit upper uses very strong fibres to provide focused support where it is most needed. There is plenty of stretch and breathability in the upper. 

Ideal Run Type

Tempo runs and interval sessions should be the perfect runs for the Nike Men's Peg Turbo Next Nature Running Shoes. We do not recommend these shoes for easy paced runs such as recovery runs. They are designed to be at their best when you are running at your fast pace.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
